Medical Director/ Board Certified Psychiatrist

Dr. Ujala Fawad, MD

Led by Dr. Ujala Fawad, an ABPN board-certified Harvard medical school trained psychiatrist, our team offers personalized care for various mental health issues. Dr. Fawad has extensive clinical experience in treating PTSD, Treatment Resistent Depression, ADHD, Bipolar disorder, and Anxiety. In addition to providing medication, management, Dr. Fawad also heads the Spravato Clinic at SPS.

She is licensed in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Maine, and Florida.

Board Certified Psychiatrist

Dr. Usama Feroze, MD

Dr. Usama Feroze is an ABPN Board Certified psychiatrist who has license to practice psychiatry in Massachusetts, Rhode Island and California who completed his psychiatry residency training in 2015 at Harvard South Shore Psychiatry residency program and completed his fellowship in Consultation-Psychiatry at George Washington Univeristy in 2016. He has been working as an outpatient psychiatrist since graduation and has worked with a diverse patient population.

He is fluent in following languages: English, Urdu, Punjabi.

Adult Clinical Therapist

Omer Taj, MA (Psy.D pending)

Omer is a pre-licensed clinician who is in the process of completing his doctorate in clinical psychology at William James College. He has expertise in utilizing various therapeutic modalities including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and cognitive-based interventions. Omer firmly believes in tailoring therapy to meet the unique needs of each individual, with a focus on offering culturally sensitive and trauma-informed care. He has gained valuable experience working in both large community and hospital settings, where he provided individual and group therapy for a wide range of mental health issues. Omer is fluent in English and Urdu, and he specializes in working with adult clients aged 18 and above.
