Jennifer Kania, NP

Jennifer Kania is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 13 years of clinical experience. She began her career as a registered nurse, spending eight years in medical-surgical and psychiatric nursing, before advancing into her role as a psychiatric nurse practitioner, where she has practiced for the past five years.

Jennifer provides holistic, individualized care tailored to the unique needs of each patient. Her approach integrates psychopharmacology with brief supportive psychotherapy in every encounter, ensuring that patients receive well-rounded, compassionate treatment.

Her areas of expertise include trauma, PTSD, eating disorders, anxiety, panic disorders, depression, bipolar disorder, insomnia, adjustment disorders, ADHD, OCD, stress, psychotic disorders, anger issues, LGBTQ health, racial minority issues, and substance use disorders.
